We reserve the right to change all or some of the contents or packaging to provide an item of equal or greater value without notice. All products are subject to availability. Products may be delivered in bud and contain guard petals to ensure longer life. Bouquet contents may be harmful if eaten, or skin irritant - please contact us if you require further information before submitting an order.
Flower Care: Please be aware most lilies are considered toxic to cats and caution should be taken. Certainly the following varieties are known to be poisonous: The Easter Lily (Lilium Longiflorum), Tiger Lily (Lilium Tigrinum), Rubrum Lily (Lilium Speciosum) and the Japanese Show Lily (Lilium Lancifolium).
Personalised Gifts: All orders will be produced exactly as they have been entered online. We cannot be held responsible for spelling mistakes if they have been entered incorrectly, therefore please take care when entering all your order details.
Standard tracked delivery for flowers will be £3.99 unless otherwise stated. Delivery options may vary per product and not all products have the same delivery options.
Standard untracked delivery is free of charge when ordered within 48 hours of delivery date. May arrive 1 day after delivery date, please check product for availability.

The reproduction of colours of our products is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow. Flowers are a natural product with no two flowers exactly the same; flowers vary by month and season, therefore variances in colour and shape are to be expected.
All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from our website shall be in English and construed and governed according to English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters.

When placing an order you accept to receieve all communication offered by Blossoming Gifts. To opt out of this communication you may unsubscribe through any of the communications you receive or by contacting our customer service team.
These terms apply to flowers ordered by Internet through Blossoming Gifts website. Internet offers relate to Internet transactions only and may not be available in store. Likewise (temporary and local) promotions and offers in store do not apply to Internet prices.
Please note that during peak periods - orders will be processed up to 4 days prior to the delivery date. Therefore we are unable to accept any amendments after this time.
Cancellation can only be accepted if received 48 hours before the requested delivery date or, if earlier, before any last given order date. Orders placed or cancelled on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays will be treated as having been received by us on the following working day. For practical reasons, flowers are non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please do not return any items purchased online or via the flowers order line to us as immediate refunds cannot be issued.
Due to their nature, these offers are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we will substitute flowers or packaging of equal quality and value.
Personalised Gifts: Due to the personalised nature of the products orders can only be cancelled prior to production. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer services team as soon as possible. If it is possible to cancel your order before it is personalised we will make every effort to do so. Once the product has been personalised orders can not be cancelled.

For your order to be processed and delivered on the required date, you must supply us with all the relevant details of the recipient including full delivery details, post code and telephone number. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are over the age of 16 years old.
Your order will only be processed if full payment details are given. All orders made on Blossominggifts.com are processed by Ecomnova.
Your order will be acknowledged via e-mail confirming your details, if you enter a correct e-mail address, on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. You will also be issued with an order reference number for any future correspondence. Acceptance of the order will take place on the allocation of the goods to your order.
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on the flowers payment page and will be debited when you place your order. If any credit or debit card offered for payment is declined by the card provider, we will make every effort to contact you on the number given at the time of ordering for an alternative form of payment. If, for any reason, we are unable to contact you and an alternative form of payment is not provided, the order will be cancelled.
You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website at the date you place your order. All prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of VAT. We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown, but very occasionally an error may occur due to systems failure. If this should happen or the VAT rate changes, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether or not you wish us to complete your order.
Each product page on our website will show you a variety of delivery options available.
Our hand-tied bouquets are arranged and delivered in a stylish gift box complete with a personal message card, flower food and care instructions. Some bouquets are also presented in their own boxes or containers - see the details of individual arrangements for the unique way in which each is presented. You can select a delivery date up to 4 months in advance.

Where do we deliver?
We deliver our bouquets, wines and gifts to most of the UK. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to Isle of Man, Channel Islands, the Isles Of Scilly and some areas of Scotland. If we can't deliver to your selected address, the website will advise you of available options.
We always recommend that you check with the hospital before sending a gift. This is because some hospitals or hospital wards do not accept deliveries of fresh flowers. For this reason, we're unable to offer compensation if the hospital refuses delivery. If the hospital does accept flower deliveries, then our courier driver will normally deliver the parcel to reception.
We would also recommend that you check with the hotel before sending a gift. Larger hotels may not accept customer deliveries given the longer time it would take to source the recipient. Our courier driver will deliver the parcel to reception, from there it's the responsibility of the person who accepts the order to ensure the gift is delivered to the recipient, in the correct room.
Other Business Addresses
Our couriers can deliver to business addresses. Please bear in mind the opening times of certain offices. Although most deliveries are made before 5pm, the parcel could be turned away should the office/business establishment be closed on arrival.
Unfortunately, due to the fresh nature of our products, lengthy periods of time spent in transit can cause the quality of our flowers to deteriorate. As a result, there are restrictions on the following postcodes:

How do I track my order?
If you used a tracked delivery service, you will receive an email from the courier the day before the delivery is due. You can also track your order on our website here
