Track My Flower Order

You will need your tracking reference in order to track your order using the methods below. Primarily, the way to track your order is simple and involves checking your emails for all tracking references. Below follows a break down of ways to keep track of your flowers.

Please note: You will only be able to track your order the evening before it is due for delivery.


Where Is My Tracking Reference?

Your Dispatch Email
On the evening before delivery, your order will be dispatched from our flower warehouse. You will then receive a notification via email or SMS. In the example shown to the right, you may use the link highlighted area to track your parcel.

You may also receive an email from the courier with some further information. This may include additional options such as changing the delivery date or address.

Tracking By Delivery Option

We count on reliable couriers (Royal Mail, DPD & Yodel) to deliver your orders as soon as possible. Because of this, tracking is not available for our 'Free Standard Untracked Delivery' service.

You are able to track your order if it was placed with one of the below delivery options. The courier associated with your delivery choice will send an email regarding your order. Below are the tracking methods each delivery option will provide.
