Track My Flower Order

We hope your flowers have a safe arrival. You will need your tracking reference in order to track your order. Primarily, the way to track your order is simple and involves checking your emails for all tracking references. Below follows a break down of ways to keep track of your flowers.

 

Where Is My Tracking Reference?

Despatch Email
Once you have placed your order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email with all information regarding your order. However, you will only receive your tracking reference once the order has been despatched from our flower warehouse.

The evening before your delivery date is when you will receive a despatch email including an option to track your parcel. Around the same time, you should receive a separate email from the courier specifying your tracking reference. In the example shown to the right, you may use the link highlighted to track your parcel, once you receive the tracking reference from your courier.

Tracking By Delivery Option

We count on reliable couriers (Royal Mail, DPD & DX) to deliver your orders as soon as possible. Because of this, tracking is not available for our 'Free Standard Delivery' service.

If you have placed an order with 'Standard Tracked Delivery', 'Premium Delivery' or 'Premium Pre 12 Delivery' services, then you are able to track your order and its current location. The courier associated with your delivery choice will send an email regarding your order. Below are the tracking methods each delivery option will provide.
