This credit is typically added to your account in less than 5 minutes.
To redeem your Happiness Guarantee, please follow these steps
4 quick steps to credit your account in 5 minutes
Sign in to your Blossoming Gifts account by clicking here and click on “View Order” from the Recent Orders section.
Click on “Redeem Happiness Guarantee”. Please note this option is only visible if your planned delivery date was in the last 8 days.
Select a Reason for redeeming your 100% Happiness Guarantee, ensuring you fill in any subsequent boxes. Please upload a photo of all affected if directed
Send your request. You’ll then receive your email from Blossoming Gifts confirming the store credit has been added to your account for immediate use.
For other complaints please proceed to our contact form and select the relevant reason.
Please note that if you do not wish to have credit applied to your account, you are able to request a refund by filling in the contact form and selecting ‘unhappy with order’ and the specific issue. This can take up to 3 working days to process and you may need to discuss this with an agent. Please be aware that this may take longer during busy periods including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.

How to use store credit
If you have store credit in your account it will appear as an available option in the 'Payment Information' section when you're in the checkout. Simply tick the box to use the store credit, click continue and the amount will be deducted from the total cost. See below for an example of where this is in the checkout stage.
