Hanging flower vases!

Get them in the air! This is a great idea for weddings, it would make a great focal point and not break the bank. Some string, mini jars and a couple of flowers can really add something special to your day. Splitting one bunch of flowers into smaller ones to fit the small jars is a very cost effective way to make something beautiful on a budget. It is also perfect for your garden, step away from the standard hanging basket and opt for a watering can, you can use any sort of material to fit with the theme of your garden, just make sure you don’t bang your head!

Outdoor Ideas

Move away from your standard flower pot and introduce the wellies! Look how beautiful you can make your flowers look, these would look amazing in your garden or even tie them to your fence.  You could even use some old worn out boots for a rustic feel. Or for a shabby chic vibe you could use some drawers, place some plants in there and even mix and match the colours. This would make a great quirky addition to your garden or even bring it indoors!

Jars

Jars can be a really cheap way to display your flowers and a great way to help the environment too by re-using old jam pots instead of throwing them away! You can keep it simple or get really creative, look at the rose gold mason jars for example, you can spray them whatever colour you like, to match the room, the flowers, your party theme, just about anything! It is also a great way to get the kids involved, it’s a cute idea for a Mother’s Day gift too.

Fruit

Putting your flowers in fruit make for some beautiful designs, and you can tailor your flowers and their vase perfectly to a theme. These are great for making a creative table centre for parties.

There are so many things that you can use instead of a standard vase, we hope these pictures have given you some fresh ideas to make your flower arrangements something different.

Blossoming Gifts offer a great selection of flowers and plants that you could incorporate into any of the above ideas.
