Valentine's FAQs

When do I need to order my Valentine’s Day flowers?

We recommend that you order your Valentine's Day flowers as soon as you can. As we get closer to Valentine's Day we may sell out of your favourite bouquet or gift, so by ordering early you'll get the best selection possible. Order up to 6pm on 13th February for delivery in time for Valentine's Day itself. Selected bouquets available until 3.30pm only.

What time will my Valentine’s flowers be delivered?

We get lots of people asking what time their Valentine's Day flowers will be delivered, and the answer is that this depends on which flower delivery option you select. As Valentine's Day is an extremely busy period for us, please bear in mind we may have limited our delivery options and times. We recommend opting for a tracked delivery service, which gives you greater control and visibility of the delivery time, including a one-hour window notified in advance by text message. The majority of gifts will arrive by 5pm. You can track your order the evening before your gift is due to be delivered.

How to contact us over valentines

Our normal available hours are 9 am to 5 pm. However, to ensure everyone gets their gifts and flowers over the Valentine's Day period, our customer service team are working extended hours. These can be found below.

Due to increased order volumes, it may take our team longer to respond than usual. For an immediate solution to problems with your order, you can use your 100% Happiness Guarantee to award yourself with credit. To redeem your credit please click the button below!

We will be responding to emails during these hours and available on Messenger and Live Chat. Please note that due to significant increases in volumes, you may have to queue in Live Chat, and we would recommend our other channels.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver our bouquets, wines and gifts to most of the UK. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, the Isles Of Scilly and some areas of Scotland. Please note that our last delivery day for Northern Ireland is 4pm on the 21st December. If we can't deliver to your selected address, the website will advise you of available options.

Unfortunately, due to the fresh nature of our products, lengthy periods of time spent in transit can cause the quality of our flowers to deteriorate. As a result, there are restrictions on the following postcodes and we are unable to deliver to: AB, DD6 - DD11, EH35 - EH36, FK14, FK17 - FK21, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27 - KA28, KW, KY9 - KY16, PA20 - PA80, PH6 - PH99, TR21 - TR25, ZE

Hospitals

We always recommend that you check with the hospital before sending a gift. This is because some hospitals or hospital wards do not accept deliveries of fresh flowers. For this reason, we're unable to offer compensation if the hospital refuses delivery. If the hospital does accept flower deliveries, then our courier driver will normally deliver the parcel to reception.

Hotels

We would also recommend that you check with the hotel before sending a gift. Larger hotels may not accept customer deliveries given the longer time it would take to source the recipient. Our courier driver will deliver the parcel to reception, from there it's the responsibility of the person who accepts the order to ensure the gift is delivered to the recipient, in the correct room.

Other Business Addresses

Our couriers can deliver to business addresses. Please bear in mind the opening times of certain offices. Although most deliveries are made before 5pm, the parcel could be turned away should the office/business establishment be closed on arrival.
