Bought these as a Mother's day gift for my Mother in law, l was so happy to receive a message saying my order had been delivered but sadly my happiness was short lived. l was quickly informed by my mother in law that all was not good, firstly the chocolates were missing, Flowers was upside down in the box even though the box was the right way up this resulting in the flower heads being squashed and bent, they where also dry as the black sponge thing to hold moisture had drained off with it being upside down.
have now been informed that the flowers are already dying not even lasting 1 day! so much for your 7-day freshness guarantee, I'm fuming l could have saved a lot of money and bought nicer ones from a supermarket. Will not be ordering from this company again!

Bought as a gift, this is a gorgeous bouquet. Recipient was very happy with it. Would recommend.

None of the lilies ever opened before they shrivelled up and died. Roses only lasted a day before they started drooping. The carnations were beautiful and are still going strong a week later, they are a much brighter pink than pictured.
