Firstly, we wanted to let you know we are still operating and sending our gifts to customers. The government has encouraged online retailers to continue working and so for the time being we will continue to do so.
This is a scary time, and we want to do what we can to help. We’re working in aid of the NHS Charities Together Covid-19 Urgent Appeal to raise vital funds for their work. Additionally, we’re looking to offer a wider range of hampers, as we know it’s difficult to get hold of essentials at the moment.

NHS Charities Together COVID-19 Urgent Appeal
We are fundraising in aid of the NHS Charities Together COVID-19 Urgent Appeal. The NHS is vital in fighting Coronavirus, and this appeal will help the charity to support NHS staff, volunteers, and their families.
When you checkout, select the option to add a donation to your purchase. We will match all donations.
Contact Free Deliveries
All deliveries are now contactless to keep everybody safe. Couriers will leave your parcel in a safe place, and you’ll receive a notification letting you know it has arrived. This ensures we can follow the government’s social distancing guidelines.
Lots of us are struggling to get hold of basic supplies. We’re working with local farmers to offer a wider range of hampers that contain essential items such as fresh fruit. These will be available at a lower cost than our usual range of luxury hampers.
Brightening Your Day
We know flowers won’t be a priority right now, but we know they can bring a bit of joy to your day. We’ll be surprising a number of our Instagram followers every week with a bouquet to help spread some cheer in these difficult times.
Changes to Our Service
We are currently offering a smaller range of bouquets and delivery dates. This is because certain stems are not available at the moment.
Staff & Customer Safety
The safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers is of the utmost priority.
Our Head Office staff are working from home. Whilst our florists are unable to do this, we have implemented social distancing measures and extensive sanitisation procedures in all our buildings to keep them safe.
Unfornutately the virus has affected our staffing levels for Customer Service. This means you may experience a slightly longer wait than usual, but please be assured that we are still answering all queries.
We do recommend that you use our Help Centre and Live Chat to contact us, instead of other channels such as social media. This will help our Customer Service team to concentrate their efforts, and deal with your query as quickly as possible.
