Ordered these with free chocolates for Valentines day and paid extra £5 for timed delivery. Nothing arrived - no free landline number to call, no tracking of packages no address of company only web host adddress. No way of contacting company as they have not responded to my online query as to where the flowers are - ruined Valentines day. Will take them to small claims court or use VISA chargeback system to hopefully get my money back

These were ordered for a special reason, they did not disappoint at all. I was concerned that some of the side petals of the roses appeared brownish. However rang up the customer services who explained that these are guard petals and are there to protect the rose. I looked it up on the internet and it was all true. The roses actually lasted two weeks so well done
