Ghostly Lanterns

Ghostly Lanterns are cheap, cheerful and very effective. All you need to do is to draw spooky faces on empty, clean gallon milk jugs with a black marker pen then just fill the jugs with lights. So simple, quick and easy! Decorate your porch or walkway with a ghostly Halloween glow!

Boo Bottles

Raid your recycling bin to make these glass ghosts in four easy steps, you can use any type of bottle you want! First, remove labels and caps from the bottles, but make sure you clean the bottles thoroughly! Next, spray-paint them white, then with a black marker pen draw on scary faces. Lastly, throw in some colorful straws for cute centerpieces.

Cobweb Coasters

Your boo bottles will look even more creepy when they are sitting on these spindly saucers. All you need to do is hook five ‘bobby pins’ (I am sure the women will have quite a few of these lying around!) onto a 3/8-inch flat metal washer. Then, wrap twine around and thread through each bobby pin. Finally, spray-paint everything white for that ghoulish look, and scatter plastic spiders around the table.

Front Door Mummy

Make a scary first impression with this five minute mummy door decoration! Firstly, tape paper streamers to the front door, or any door for that matter, make sure the paper tape is overlapping the strips to give it that ‘wrapped look’. Second, cut sheets of black and white construction paper into circles to make big spooky eyes. Lastly, place the eyes on the top of the door and tape to secure, as easy as that!
